xElma’s D-Frame Development Chassis is ideal for board design, application development and demonstration. With a clear, hinged top, carry handle and rubber feet, it enables easy transport and card access. For 3U and 6U OpenVPX, SOSA, SpaceVPX, CPCI Serial boards and backplanes.

- A hinged clear top hatch provides easy access for probing plug-in cards and rear transition modules
- AC/DC external 12V power supply with D38999 connector. Internal DC-DC conversion for VPX rails and fan power. Inquire about alternate power options
- Supports rear I/O transition modules (RTMs)
- Choice of backplanes aligned with OpenVPX, SpaceVPX, SOSA, or CPCI Serial architectures
- Front and rear card guides with option for conduction-cooled card guides
- Carrying handle for easy portability and 4 rubber mounting feet for use on desktop or lab
- 3 fans provide side to side airflow
- Supplied assembled, wired and tested
