Elma Electronic’s rugged power solutions are engineered to deliver reliable performance where standard power supplies may not be enough. Our portfolio includes rugged rackmount power distribution units, VITA 62 conduction-cooled power supplies, and deployable power systems designed for defense, aerospace, industrial, railway, and other demanding applications. The rugged 19-inch rackmount PDU provides flexible power distribution in a compact 2U cabinet design, with up to eight individually controlled and over-current-protected IEC outputs. Its customizable front and rear panels allow the configuration to be adapted to specific system requirements.

For embedded and deployed systems, Elma offers VITA 62 power supplies ranging from 300 W to 700 W, including compact 3U and 6U conduction-cooled solutions for harsh-environment VPX systems. The 350 W AC models are available for operation down to -20°C or -40°C, while the 700 W DC and 300 W DC/DC solutions provide additional options for demanding system architectures. For highly mobile military and industrial applications, the RP24 Rugged Power Supply and RA24 Battery Module combine rugged construction, 24 VDC power, battery charging, and UPS functionality in a scalable solution. The RP24/RA24 system is IP67 rated, designed to withstand drops of up to 1.5 meters, operates from -35°C to +60°C, and can be configured with multiple units for up to 4.5 kW of power.
